Prawns In Paradise - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can shrimp or small fresh cooked shrimp
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3/4 Tbsp. curry powder
1 1/4 cans consomme
Preparation

Put 1 can consomme, cherry and curry powder into blender. Fill ramekins with mixture.
Drop a few (3 or 4) shrimp into each. Put in fridge; when set, pour a little consomme on top and decorate with a shrimp in center.
Let set.
Make the day before for best flavor.
Serves 6.
