Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium tomatoes, peeled and chopped
1/2 onion
1/2 celery
1/4 green pepper
1 to 2 carrots, chopped
1 clove garlic
1/4 c. olive oil
2 to 3 Tbsp. green chiles
2 Tbsp. wine vinegar (regular is okay)
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. coriander seed
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Saute carrot with garlic until crisp-tender.
Let cool slightly.
Mix all ingredients together.
May stir in cumin (1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon) and cayenne pepper to taste.
