Low Calorie Green Beans Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooked green beans
    1/2 c. mushrooms, sliced
    2 oz. grated Swiss cheese or lo-cal cheese
    1/2 tsp. dried herbs
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. tomato juice
    1 slice diet bread, made into crumbs
Preparation
    Layer in casserole; pour tomato juice on top and remaining cheese and crumbs.
