Potato Kugel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large baking potatoes, washed and shredded
    1 large onion, grated
    1/2 c. vegetable oil, heated
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. matzoh meal
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. liquid hot pepper sauce
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine potatoes and onion.
    Quickly stir in hot oil.
    Add eggs, matzoh meal, salt, pepper and pepper sauce. Mix well.
    Turn into well-greased 8 x 12-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour, until browned.
    If desired, serve with additional pepper sauce.
