Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. zucchini, chopped
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. carrots, shredded
    1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing (chicken)
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Cook zucchini, onions, celery and carrots in salted water for 5 minutes.
    Drain well.
    Combine soup and sour cream.
    Add to vegetables.
    Mix stuffing as stated on box, but use 1/2 amount of liquid and use 1/2 cup margarine.
    Spread 1/2 of stuffing in large casserole dish and spoon in vegetable mixture.
    Top with rest of stuffing mix.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Let cool 10 minutes and serve.
