Buckeyes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. creamy peanut butter
    1 lb. butter
    3 lb. powdered sugar
    2 pkg. (12 oz.) chocolate chips
Preparation
    Mix peanut butter and butter together.
    Add powdered sugar and beat until smooth texture develops.
    Form small balls the size of buckeyes.
    Refrigerate balls.
    Next, slowly melt chocolate chips in top of double boiler.
    Using toothpicks dip cold buckeyes into chocolate until two thirds covered.
    Let dry on waxed paper.
