Rhubarb Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. sugar, divided
1 c. flour
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
3 to 4 c. rhubarb, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. hot water
Preparation

Put rhubarb in an 11 x 7 or 9 x 9 baking dish. Mix 3/4 cup sugar, flour, butter, baking powder, salt and milk. Spoon this mixture over the rhubarb. Mix 1 cup sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon; sprinkle over dough. Pour hot water over all. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
