Zucchini Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg white
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    1/2 c. grated zucchini
    nonstick vegetable cooking spray (optional)
Preparation
    Stir the dry ingredients together.
    Beat the egg white just until foamy.
    Add to the milk, along with the melted butter.
    Add the liquid ingredients and the zucchini to the dry ingredients, stirring just enough to moisten.
