Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pieces round steak
    sprinkle of tenderizer, salt and pepper
    4 large bell peppers, cut into small strips
    6 heaping Tbsp. flour
    2 c. water
    3 large onions
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. La Choy brown gravy sauce
Preparation
    Cut steak in pieces about 2 inches in length and approximately 1/2 inch wide.
    Sprinkle with tenderizer, salt and pepper.
    Place in pot size of Dutch oven.
    Cover with water and cook until tender.
