Pecan Pie(Makes 1 Pie) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/4 c. butter/margarine
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Combine sugar, syrup and butter in 2-quart saucepan.
Bring to boil on high.
Stir until butter is melted.
Remove from burner and add hot syrup to beaten eggs.
Stir constantly.
Add pecans to mixture and cool to lukewarm.
Add vanilla to filling.
Pour into shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
Let cool to cut.
