Coconut Pecan Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. sugar
    3 slightly beaten egg yolks
    1/2 c. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. Baker's Angel Flake coconut
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cook and stir first 5 ingredients over medium heat until thickened.
    Add coconut and chopped pecans.
    Cool before frosting. Spread between layers and on top.
