Broccoli With Cheese And Mustard Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head broccoli, broken into flowerets
    1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt or 1/4 c. plain low-fat yogurt and 1/4 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. Dijon mustard or other spicy mustard
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar or Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Steam broccoli until tender-crisp.
    Place immediately in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch ovenproof dish.
    Mix yogurt and mustard in a small bowl and spread it over the broccoli.
    Sprinkle with grated cheese.
    Place under a hot broiler until bubbly and browned. Serve hot.
    Makes about 5 servings, 127 calories per serving if you use only low-fat yogurt.
    Contains 142 calories per serving if you use yogurt and sour cream.
