Play Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 c. salt
1 c. water
1 tsp. oil
2 tsp. cream of tartar

Preparation

Cook over medium heat in a heavy pan until mixture pulls away from sides of pan.
Turn out and knead.
Careful, it's still hot!
