Green Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. torn iceberg lettuce
    6 c. torn leaf lettuce
    3 c. torn escarole
    1 small purple onion, sliced and separated into rings
    1 large tomato, cut into wedges
    1 cucumber, sliced
    2 to 3 bunches green onions
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl.
    Toss gently. Place green onions around edge of bowl.
    Serve immediately.
