Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/3 c. flour
2/3 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
2/3 c. milk
1 egg

Preparation

Sift together salt, flour, baking powder and sugar.
Mix in milk and egg. Cook batter in 1-inch of hot oil.
Can be put into pan with a funnel or simply with a ladle.
