Potatoes Deluxe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hash browns, partly thawed
    1 c. diced onions
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 pt. sour cream
    8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Put in 9 x 13-inch pan and top with crushed potato chips.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Can be made ahead and refrigerated until baking time.
