Mushroom And Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms in margarine until done (4 to 5 minutes). Sprinkle flour over mushrooms; add garlic salt and stir until thick.
    Add sour cream and stir.
    Pour into ovenproof dish and cover with grated cheese.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes until melted and bubbly.
    Serve with crackers or party rye bread slices.
