Lemon Fluff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. (2 sticks) butter
3 Tbsp. granulated white sugar
2 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar, sifted
Thank You brand lemon pie filling or homemade lemon curd recipe yielding 1 1/2 c. lemon curd
1 pt. sweetened whipped cream or container Cool Whip
Preparation

Cream the cream cheese and powdered sugar together.
Spread cream cheese on cooled pastry shell.
Spread lemon filling on top of cream cheese.
Top with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
