Grape Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    2 c. seeded Concord grapes
    1 recipe plain pastry for double crust (your choice)
    1 tsp. butter
Preparation
    Beat
    egg
    slightly.
    Add
    sugar
    and grapes.
    Line pan with pastry;
    add filling.
    Dot with butter and cover with top crust. Bake
    at
    450\u00b0 for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for 35 minutes or until grapes are tender.
