Cucumber Yogurt Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) container plain yogurt
    2 small cucumbers
    1 clove garlic, minced or 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Blend together yogurt and mayonnaise.
    Peel cucumbers.
    Cut in half, lengthwise and remove seeds.
    Chop cucumbers fine to measure 1 1/2 cups.
    Drain well.
    Add cucumber and remaining ingredients to yogurt mixture.
    Blend thoroughly and chill.
    Makes about 2 cups.
