Coconut Bon Bons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    13 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
    2 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
    pinch of salt
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    13 1/2 oz. can flaked coconut
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add sugar gradually and continue beating until well mixed.
    Add salt and vanilla; mix well.
    Form into bite size balls and roll in coconut.
    Chill.
    Makes 40.
