Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

Sliced and peeled apples to fill 10 Inch pie plate
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. margarine or butter
1/4 c. orange juice
Preparation

Grease a 10 inch pie plate with butter.
Fill with sliced apples (I use McIntosh and a couple of Granny Smith).
Mix together the sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and margarine.
Spread over apples and pour orange juice over all.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40-45 minutes.
Serve with ice cream if desired.
Excellent fall/winter dessert!
