Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    4 unbeaten eggs
    3 c. grated carrots
    1 c. finely chopped English walnuts
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Add oil and eggs.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Add carrots and mix again.
    Add nuts and mix again.
    Bake in a tube pan or long 5 x 16-inch pan for 1 hour and 30 minutes at 350\u00b0. Delicious topped with ice cream.
    Can be frozen.
