Homemade Summer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. hamburger meat
    2 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. cumin
    4 tsp. pepper
    2 1/2 tsp. mustard
    1 tsp. hickory smoked salt
    1 Tbsp. crushed red pepper
    5 rounded tsp. Morton Tender Quick salt
Preparation
    Slowly mix all ingredients in a large container.
    Cover. Refrigerate.
    Next day, mix again.
    On third day, roll into 5 rolls, 2 1/2-inches in diameter.
    Cook in oven at 150\u00b0 for 8 hours.
    Turn every 2 hours.
    Spoon off grease or use broiler pan. If preferred, cook 4 hours and smoke 8 hours at 150\u00b0 using wet hickory chips.
