Ingredients

5 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. milk
1/4 c. rum
Preparation

In saucepan, combine eggs, brown sugar and cornstarch. Gradually add milk.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Add rum.
Pour into serving dishes and chill.
