5-Hour Oven Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. stew meat (beef cut into cubes)
    3 carrots, sliced
    3 potatoes, cubed
    1/2 c. celery, diced
    1 onion, cut in large chunks
    2 c. tomato juice
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. tapioca
Preparation
    Mix meat and vegetables together in large casserole.
    Add spices and tomato juice.
    Stir to mix.
    Cover and bake at 250\u00b0 for 5 hours.
    Better if stirred once or twice during baking.
