Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    3 large bananas, mashed
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream shortening.
    Add sugar and egg.
    Add well mashed bananas.
    Sift flour, soda and salt; add to mixture.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
