No Peek Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak cut into bite size pieces
    2 cans drained mushrooms
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. red cooking wine (or burgundy)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together in a 1 1/2 qt. casserole.
    Cover and bake in 300\u00b0 oven for 3 hours.
    Do not peek until done. Serve over rice, noodles or mashed potatoes.
