Whole Wheat Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 oz. whole wheat spaghetti*
    2 c. fresh broccoli
    1 c. chopped plum tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. red wine or tarragon vinegar
    1 tsp. low salt soy sauce
    pinch of ground pepper
    8 oz. drained chickpeas
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 to 3 cloves garlic, pressed in garlic press
Preparation
    Cook spaghetti for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Steam broccoli 5 to 8 minutes.
    Drain and place in large serving bowl.
