Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix the first 5 ingredients well.
Add rest.
Chill 1 hour. Shape dough into 1-inch balls; place 3 inches apart.
Flatten crisscross with fork.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 375\u00b0, or until set, but not hard.
