No Bake Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. canned pumpkin
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. cold water
1 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Beat eggs slightly. Add sugar and continue beating until well blended and thick. Transfer to top of a double boiler and stir in pumpkin, milk, salt and spices. Cook until thick, stirring frequently.
