Cheese Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box au gratin potatoes
    3 c. water and cheese mix from box
    1 can corn
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 onion, chopped
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    2 to 3 c. milk
Preparation
    In 3 cups boiling water, cook potatoes until tender. Add cheese mixture from box. Put in crock-pot and add remaining ingredients. Turn on low and simmer 2 to 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
