Peanut Butter Creams - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    2 c. 10x sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    finely chopped peanuts
    1/3 c. peanut butter
    1 Tbsp. soft butter
Preparation
    Beat egg slightly.
    Add 1 cup sugar, vanilla, peanut butter and butter.
    Stir until smooth, add second cup of sugar.
    If needed, add more sugar until you're able to shape into balls. Make 1 inch balls and roll in chopped peanuts.
    Refrigerate. Small children love to help make these for presents for parents.
