Potato Donuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. warm mashed potatoes
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt, nutmeg, vanilla
    5 c. flour
    5 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook potatoes then mash.
    Add sugar, margarine, eggs and beat well.
    Add salt, nutmeg and vanilla.
    Mix flour and baking powder to mixture alternating with milk.
    Roll out dough on floured surface. Cut out. Cook in oil.
