Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. scalding milk
    4 slightly beaten eggs
    1/2 c. sugar or 7 Equal
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Mix together and pour into an uncooked pie shell.
    Bake at 475\u00b0
    for 5 minutes.
    Reduce to 425\u00b0
    for 10 minutes more just until a silver knife inserted 1-inch from side of filling comes out clean.
    The center may look a bit soft but will set later. Serve slightly warm or cold.
