Sour Cream Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cake or 1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
    1 pt. sour cream
    1/4 c. sugar
    3 1/2 to 4 c. sifted flour
    1 c. enriched cornmeal
Preparation
    Soften yeast in warm water.
    Combine sour cream, sugar and salt.
    Beat in 1 cup flour, yeast and cornmeal.
    Stir in enough flour to make soft dough.
    Knead 10 times.
    Put in greased bowl and brush with butter.
    Let rise 2 hours.
