Chicken Cacciatore - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 medium green pepper
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic
    1 broiler-fryer, cut in pieces
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. oil, divided
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. tomatoes
    1 cube chicken bouillon
    3/4 tsp. oregano
    1 bay leaf
    spaghetti
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt and pepper in plastic bag.
    Add one piece of chicken at a time; shake to coat.
    In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons oil.
    Brown chicken on all sides.
    Heat other oil and saute onion, bell pepper and garlic.
    Stir in tomatoes, bouillon, oregano and bay leaf.
    Add the chicken pieces and let simmer 20 minutes.
    Stir occasionally.
    Discard bay leaf.
    Serve over spaghetti, tossed with Parmesan cheese.
