Cranberry Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. fresh cranberries
2 pkg. raspberry gelatin
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. pecans
1 c. celery
1 apple, chopped
Preparation

Add sugar to gelatin and fix according to directions (not a full cup).
Let partially congeal.
Grind cranberries and celery with food chopper.
Chop apple and pecans.
Add to gelatin and let congeal.
(Keeps for weeks in refrigerator).
Add 1 or 2 oranges if you like.
Grind it peel and all when you grind the cranberries and celery.
(You can add an extra pack of plain gelatin if you like to make it real firm.
You can double this recipe.)
