Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    brisket
    4 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    4 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    1 Tbsp. celery salt
    1 Tbsp. garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. onion salt
    1/2 c. onion
    1/2 stick margarine
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3/4 c. catsup
Preparation
    Mix liquid smoke, 4 tablespoons Worcestershire, celery salt, garlic salt and onion salt together.
    Pour over brisket and marinate overnight.
    Cook covered brisket 1 hour per pound at 250\u00b0.
    Slice and place in casserole dish.
    Saute onion, margarine, brown sugar, 4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce and catsup.
    Pour over sliced brisket.
    Bake for 1 hour at 250\u00b0.
