Delicious Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (5 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/4 c. bell pepper, finely chopped
    1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
    1 jar dried beef, finely chopped
    1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
    2 c. pecans, finely chopped
Preparation
    At room temperature, whip the cream cheese until creamy.
    Add all other ingredients except 1 cup pecans.
    Mix ingredients well. Roll into 2 balls, rolling remaining 1 cup pecans into balls. Place in aluminum foil overnight so onion and bell pepper taste won't be too strong.
