Sugar-Free Diet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. (1/2 stick) margarine
    2 eggs
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 Tbsp. (about 8 pkg.) Sweet 'N Low sweetener
    1 banana, mashed
    1 c. chopped dates
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream the margarine. Add eggs and beat well.
    Sift dry ingredients together. Add to creamed mixture. Stir in applesauce, banana, vanilla and sweetener.
    Mix well. Add dates and pecans. Stir only until mixed.
    Pour batter into an 8 x 8-inch baking pan that has been buttered or sprayed with Pam. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
