Spaghetti Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. vermicelli
    1 pkg. frozen spinach
    15 oz. Ricotta cheese
    1 c. Parmesan cheese with parsley
    ground beef, Italian sausage or chicken
    1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
    sauce (can use Ragu)
Preparation
    Cook vermicelli according to package directions.
    Brown meat. Cook spinach according to package directions.
    In a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish, layer sauce with spaghetti, meat mixture, then Parmesan cheese, Ricotta cheese and spinach.
    Top with Mozzarella cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
