Scrambled Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cubed ham
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 doz. eggs, beaten
    1/8 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Saute ham and onion in 3 tablespoons butter in a large skillet until onion is tender.
    Add eggs and cook over medium-high heat; stir to form large, soft curds.
    When eggs are set, stir in Cheese Sauce (recipe follows).
    Spoon eggs into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Sprinkle with paprika and chill overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until heated through.
    Serves 8.
