Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. allspice
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. pumpkin, drained and mashed (or one 16-oz. can)
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Mix
    ingredients in order listed, adding all dry ingredients a
    little
    at a time.
    Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each.
    Grease one tube pan or 2 large loaf pans and pour
    in batter.
    Bake
    at
    350\u00b0
    for
    one hour or until done (optional: add 1 cup chopped nuts to batter).\tA cream cheese and
    powdered sugar
    icing,
    tinted yellow, gives the look of autumn.
