Jam Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 1/2 c. plain flour
    1 c. jam
    1 c. butter
    2 whole eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine ingredients, adding jam before sugar.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
    Spray pans or cut oil paper for bottom.
    Makes 2 layers.
    I double recipe and make 3.
