Chili And Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. coarsely ground beef
    1 can chili beans
    1 can kidney beans
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 can tomatoes
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1 can tomato juice
    1 Tbsp. salt
    black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute beef and onion in a large, gallon-saucepot until meat is lightly browned.
    Add all of the spices, beans, tomatoes and tomato juice; mix well.
    Bring to a boil and simmer over low heat, covered, stirring occasionally for 1 hour.
