Tiny Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 egg
    1/4 c. sifted flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Bring water and butter to a boil.
    Add flour and salt; cook until mixture leaves sides of pan, stirring constantly.
    Remove from flame.
    Add unbeaten egg and beat thoroughly.
    Drop from level teaspoons into 26 to 30 tiny balls on a greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 14 to 16 minutes.
    Cool on cake rack.
