Pineapple Sunshine Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box white cake mix
    1 can mandarin oranges, liquid also
    4 egg whites
    1 tsp. orange extract (optional)
    1 large crushed pineapple, drained
    1 c. fat-free sour cream
    3 pkg. Equal
    1 small box vanilla instant pudding (sugar-free)
    1 small lite Cool Whip
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients.
    Bake on 325\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes in 2 round pans.
    Cool.
    Mix the next 3 ingredients, fold in Cool Whip and spread on cold cake.
    Store cake in refrigerator.
