Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
    14 oz. pkg. caramels
    1 c. Eagle Brand milk
    1 stick oleo
    3/4 c. chocolate chips
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix cake mix as directed.
    Pour 1/2 batter in greased 9 x 13-inch
    pan.
    Bake at
    350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Melt caramels, Eagle Brand
    milk
    and
    oleo
    in\tdouble boiler, or microwave. Pour this mixture over cooled cake.\tSprinkle chocolate chips and nuts over
    caramel
    mixture.
    Pour remaining half of cake batter over caramel and nut mixture.
    Bake 25 minutes longer. Cool.
    Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
