Slam Dunk Crab Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. milk
1 pkg. (8 oz.) imitation flaked crabmeat or 1 can (6 oz.) crabmeat, drained, flaked and cartilage removed
1/4 c. sliced green onions
1/4 c. chopped sweet red pepper
1 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Assorted crackers
Preparation

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and milk until smooth. Stir in the crab, onions, red pepper, curry powder and garlic salt. Refrigerate until serving. Serve with crackers.
